There where a lot of  reasons, which we are sorry about, that  the site was shut down , in almost the last seven  years. The site have been  hacked several times, then deleted, and most of the material and file backups  were losts. 

It was a very hard job, to restore it back, and due to  own problems ,We  have just   postponed it, time after time .

Thanks to my friend and partner Mr Larry Rynearson,  our newsletter 'The Samaritan Update' continued to show up, all this years, due to the fact , it is hosted on a nother server.

In this period of seven years,  some other nice  web sites showed up, dedicated  to the issue of the community. The whole web, computers technology, and social networks, had  a huge revolution. that's why this site already adapted to all those  new smartphones and  tablets, came in the past years.
